Boundaries before access.

Lingens is built for sensitive conversations and connected tools. A colleague's role, memory, and authority are made explicit before it participates or acts.

Role and access

Each Lingens colleague is configured around a defined responsibility. During early access, we review where it may participate, which connected systems are relevant, and what remains outside its remit.

Managed memory

Memory is treated as an intentional part of the colleague rather than an incidental archive. The context sources, retention approach, and administration requirements for a deployment are reviewed before activation.

Action boundaries

Authority is configured deliberately. A colleague's available tools and actions should reflect the responsibility it has been given; no broader. Exact controls are documented for each early-access deployment.

Early-access deployment

The exact data flow depends on the meeting platforms, models, and integrations enabled for a team. Deployment, data handling, and access details are therefore reviewed with every early-access customer before use.
